		<description><![CDATA[I can really identify with this post. I too spent years in corporate confinement - banks, big corporations, multinationals. The sort of names that people think you should be eager and glad to work at and regard as some sort of status symbol to be able to name drop as your employer. 

It did absolutely nothing for me - apart from damage. You are trained not to think in these organizations - despite all the human resources bla bla about &quot;engagement&quot;, &quot;commitment&quot;, &quot;innovation&quot; and &quot;people are our greatest asset&quot;. 

Quitting the world of the CV, the recruitment agency, the HR interview and the &quot;line manager&quot; was the best thing I ever did. I now feel alive and achieving something - instead of living under a stone like it was before!]]></description>
