At the beginning of 2011 we started a campaign called Start Something You Love. We kicked it off on 19th January with our big Esc winter party in front of 600 people at Guanabara bar in central London.
We are now following it up with 365 bits of advice from real people who are doing interesting and inspirational things with their lives. And we asked them all the same question:

ESC’S QUESTION: “HOW CAN I START SOMETHING I LOVE?”
EMILY KERR’S ANSWER:
“Don’t postpone any decisions once you’ve got all the information you need to make the decision.
“Ask the experts! Finding an expert in your field and going and speaking to them saves you TONS of time. We do this all the time. It’s important to make yourself fun for people to speak to – “leverage” their time successfully, follow up promptly, and keep them posted as to how useful their advice was. We thank everyone that helped us in the back of our books!”
