Absolutely. “It’s definitely not easy but it’s always worth it.” Or “often worth it”?! Because obviously we can’t be blinkered about quitting your job – it doesn’t always work out for the best. But as Al said above – if it doesn’t work out you can usually always go back to what you were doing before.

This is great guys! I would also ask “is there a big enough reason why not?” to the questions to ask – whenever I’m wavering this gets me everytime.

I think that is pretty well crafted guys. Good job. The only thing I would think about adding is something about making changes not always being easy – you have to be up for the challenge. There will be ups and downs, but that’s what makes it more satisfying when it comes-off.

I think it unique and compelling but above all its brave. Lots of people dream about starting a business or going on a big adventure but for ‘career driven people’ (if you excuse the expression) it just too easy to put it off or just think your crazy. It’s perhaps a bit of a tabo topic…..

What’s missing- more networking would make Esc a real weapon. Speed networking maybe. BNI style networking (form regional groups of complementary skills and experience that meet once a month) and/or online networking-profiles etc
