When getting sacked isn’t the end of the world

by Team Esc on August 25, 2009

When Eric Proux (who works worked in advertising in the States) was recently made redundant he decided to make a documentary about people in the advertising industry who have lost their jobs.

“More than 70,000 advertising professionals have lost their jobs in this “Great Recession.” Lemonade is about what happens when people who were once paid to be creative in advertising are forced to be creative with their own lives.”

The trailer looks really interesting.  The strong message that I get from it is that whether you love or hate your current job – suddenly losing it would make you look at your options and your life in a completely different way.

What would you do if your job suddenly evaporated tomorrow?

IF YOU CAN’T SEE THIS VIDEO – SORRY – SOME INTRANETS FILTER THEM OUT… :-(
